Ayush is the Managing Partner of AKR Advisors LLP. He has over 8 years experience in the field of Transfer Pricing and International Tax and was previously associated with Deloitte for a period of over 6 years.
Over the past years, Ayush has provided transfer pricing services to leading multinationals across a range of industries such as Software and ITES, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Manufacturing and more. He is actively involved in transfer pricing planning and documentation projects to determine arm’s length compensation for transfer of property and services.
Ayush has been providing litigation support in substantial intercompany pricing cases and has assisted in representing leading transnational companies at the field level as well as higher appellate levels (upto the High Court) on complex transfer pricing issues. He has also assisted multinationals in resolving disputes through alternate dispute resolution mechanisms i.e. MAP/APA.
He has also authored articles on Transfer Pricing published in International Taxation, Financial Chronicle and co-authored various other articles regularly for other tax update portals.
He is now a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (F.C.A.) and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Khushboo is the Founder Partner of AKR Advisors LLP. She has over 4 years experience in the fields of Tax Litigation and Corporate Law. She was a part of the team handling the biggest litigation in the case of a Telecom Major and has been successful in representing the client as their Advocate.
Over the past years, Khushboo has provided taxation and legal services to leading multinationals across a range of industries such as Telecom, Real Estate, Manufacturing and more. She is actively involved in tax planning and other strategic projects.
Khushboo has been providing litigation support and has assisted in representing leading transnational companies before the appellate authorities i.e. the Income Tax Tribunals, High Courts and the Apex Court on complex direct tax matters.
She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
